It's About Time!!! :)

It's about dang time that I do an update of my kids. We have been so busy lately! Between all of us in school, sicknesses, and everything else this world throws at us, I don't have much down time to blog. So here we go. This is just some random pics of the kids over the last month or so.

Cayge this morning. I am pretty sure he was headed to the bath!

Icee hanging out watching cartoons. This doesn't seem that comfortable of a place to chill. But whatever!

Shy being typical with nothing but panties on. Watching cartoons with Icee

I got the GREAT joy of volunteering at the girls preschool last week. It was so much fun! Its always fun to see how they are around other people; not just family.

Shylee trying to track down Miss. Debbie. She LOVES Miss. Debbie. Even though I was there to be there with her, she could have cared less. She just wanted her teacher.

Icelynn playing on the jungle gym. It was so much fun to be with them for the day. It was some nice Mommy/daughters time!

I was upstairs putting laundry away and the girls were watching Rigoletto. For those of you that have seen this movie, I came down and found the girls like this in the part that Georgie fell by the dam and the scary looking guy saves her. I had to laugh!

Rayce had a class project that they had to do a puppet show of the Billy Goats Gruff. This is just the beginning stages. He made this goat and the Troll out of batting and white duct tape. After he was done with that, we hot glued brown felt on the goat and cloth (made to look like clothes) on the troll. Rayce airbrushed them to look amazing. When they come back home, I will get some pics up of them so you can see what an amazing artist this guy is.

We went home for a few days in February. While we were there, Rayce's mom taught Icelynn how to play a song from The Polar Express. In one night, she had it memorized. She was so excited!
So the next morning, she was trying to show Cayge how to play it. Notice she is holding his hand and showing him what keys to play.

So when we got home we got a keyboard (we had been shopping for one for a while. But when Icee showed such love for it, we went out and got it the day after we got home.)

So Rayce's mom taught her the one song, his brother Jayson showed her how to play Mary had a Little Lamb two or three times, but she mastered them right away. So I got her a beginning piano book. The first page was Twinkle Twinkle Little star. She taught HERSELF how to play it in one night. Apparently she sort of knows how to read music. I think I have I genius on my hands!

We were in Idaho Falls for Valentines Day. When we are there we usually go out with all 3 of the Bird married kids. But Brianna had to work. So instead, us other two couples went to Outback, and Brianna was our waitress. I have to say, she was the BEST waitress EVER!!! Thanks Bree!

On our way to the Outback
So, that is the summary of our last month.
